BREVIA, S.A. informs the User of the existence of personal data processing (file called “WEB USERS”) created with the data obtained on the website by and for BREVIA, S.A. and for which it is responsible. 

This file has been created with the purpose of providing information on the provision of services by the Portal, as well as attending to and managing consultations carried out by users through this channel.

2.- Legitimacy. What is the legitimate basis for processing of your data?

BREVIA, S.A. may send commercial communications by any means, fully respecting personal data protection legislation in effect.

For commercial communications carried out by email and equivalent measures in compliance with Law 34/2002 of the 11th of July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, the User’s consent will be duly obtained when collecting the corresponding data.
